COMING AUGUST 2026 - Canton Rodeo is opening its first location in Paramus, NJ, and we're building our founding team. Canton Rodeo brings Hong Kong BBQ to the neighborhood in a fast, warm, craft-first format.The Kitchen Lead is a senior hourly leader on our line. You run service, coach the prep team, and hold the kitchen to Canton Rodeo's standard for quality, speed, and cleanliness.What you'll do:- Run the line during service and keep it moving- Coach and support prep cooks in real time- Own prep lists, station readiness, and food safety- Hold quality, speed, and cleanliness to Canton Rodeo standards- Support opening and closing proceduresWhat we're looking for: a reliable, team-first leader with a sense of urgency and pride in doing things right. Prior back-of-house or kitchen leadership experience preferred.Pay: $20.50 - $23.50/hr depending on experience.We're hosting a hiring event the week of July 27 (Mon 7/27, Tue 7/28, Wed 7/29, 10AM-3PM) in the Hackensack/Paramus area.
