Position Title: BI Analyst Job DescriptionReports To (Title): VP of EngineeringEmployment Status (Full-Time, Part-Time, Intern): Full-TimeDepartment: 416 Operations & ServiceUS Only - FLSA Status (Exempt/Non-Exempt): ExemptJob Description Date Created/Last Updated: April 2026Location(s): US or EuropeSupervisory Responsibilities (Y/N): NTravel Required (insert %, if any): 10%Job Summary:Unifyr is looking to expand our Operational team and Engineering with an individual with an interest in Reporting and Data Analysis and a drive for helping organizations get the most out of their data and technical resources to assess customer performance.As BI Analyst in the Operational team, you'll be responsible for identifying the key metrics and source data required to assess customer performance and build the necessary queries, reports and dashboards for Operations and Service to use in their day-to-day operations.This specialized role requires an individual with a solid knowledge of relational databases and administration of enterprise software platforms. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on multiple concurrent small projects.The role would suit a recent graduate with either an IT, mathematics, statistics, or related discipline, who is experienced with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel and report visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.Functional Responsibilities: (list top ten primary duties)Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist the Operations and Engineering team in identifying key metrics and KPIs to assess customer performance.Learn the available data sources and structures both within the Unifyr platform stack and other solutions such as Attio & Zendesk, etc.Become proficient with Looker, a SaaS Business Intelligence platform. Build reports in Looker against the available data to meet the needs of the metrics and KPIs identifiedDelivery of customer requested dashboards and reports.Support other Unifyrs in their reporting endeavors.Required Qualifications:List any experience required for this position.BA or BS from accredited university in an IT or mathematics and statistics related discipline or equivalent business experience.Previous experience with RDBMS and SQL writing skillsProficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsSQL: 1 year of experience or related courseworkExperience with data visualization and charting toolsA familiarity with web-based enterprise software.Sound judgment and mature approach to work.Good organizational skills and project management.Self-Starter with the ability to think critically in order to solve problems or meet requirements.The ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.Fluent written and spoken English.Legally allowed to work in the country of residence.Preferred Qualifications:Understanding of SaaS and the associated infrastructureExposure to SalesforceWork Conditions:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, typing, and working with electronic files.Ability to see information in print or electronicallyMust be able to attend in person and virtual meetingsOn-call availability and periodic working outside of normal business hoursReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsIf position is in the UK: This is a permanent position based in the UK with Relayware Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Unifyr.At Unifyr, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
