Safety Manager – Construction (CHST Required)We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support active construction projects and ensure the highest standards of safety performance across all job sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on safety professional who thrives in the field and brings a strong working knowledge of construction safety practices.ResponsibilitiesLead and enforce site-specific safety programs and policiesConduct routine job site inspections, audits, and hazard assessmentsEnsure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company standardsFacilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and ongoing trainingInvestigate incidents and near misses; implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate safety documentation and reportingWork closely with project leadership to drive a strong safety cultureQualificationsCHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) certification – REQUIRED5+ years of construction safety experience (electrical or industrial preferred)Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulationsOSHA 30 required (OSHA 500 preferred)Proven ability to engage field personnel and influence safe behaviorsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in the field full-time
