Nurse (Cape Cod CCS, Hyannis MA)Available Shifts:Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon (7a-3p) - 32 hours/weekPer DiemSalary: TBDResponsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to adults in a residential program serving adults with significant psychiatric, behavioral and medical impairment.Duties include provision of nursing care, communication with medical and psychiatric providers, health care promotion and advocacy, ordering medications from the pharmacy, staff education, and client education, completing nursing and health assessments on all clients in a routine manner.Qualifications:Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse, or LPN, a minimum of three years nursing experience in the delivery of behavioral health services to adults and/or children and adolescents.Current certification in CPRAbility to work collaboratively as a member of multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to work in a pressured situation and maintain clarity, focus, judgment, and compassionAbility to identify problems and initiate solutions to problemsAbility to work with people in crisis in a hopeful and compassionate manner and model this for othersAbility to work independentlyDriving License Required?
