Sales Account Manager

Retail Sales Associate La Cuisine Appliances is a builder distributor of high end kitchen appliances for indoor and outdoor use, focused on the South Florida market. We have an opportunity for you:Main Responsibilities include (not limitative):Mainly work from one of our showrooms/stores as base, but open to cover 50 miles from the showroom visiting and working with interior designers, luxury home builders, architects, kitchen cabinet companies.Sales focus on the luxury single home / new construction, trade partners/specifierConvert leads generated by La Cuisine Appliances' lead generation platforms into active customers and repeat businessSign up new trade partners among interior designers, architects, builders, general contractors, real estate agents and property managersIdentify and engage with builders and construction companies in spec and custom home salesConduct breakfasts, lunch & learns among current and new trade partnersAttend to walk-in and call-in customers, help customers promptly, efficiently and empatheticallySales quotes, PowerPoint, Canva, builder contracts, fill out project and process forms. Experience in Sales Force, SAP a plus.Collect and follow up on payments from clients, and coordinate deliveries and installation of sales ordersSolicit and obtain positive consumer reviews for La Cuisine (reputation)Assist and train team members on all aspects of kitchen design, floorplans and elevations, and brand and product knowledgeMaintain showroom appearance in great shape, make sure all displays are presentable, product materials are displayed properly and showrooms have brands catalogs and brochuresAssist in the organization of showroom events before, during and afterAssist in the participation of La Cuisine Appliances at trade showsCo-lead the development and sales of full outdoor kitchen solutions featuring cabinets, appliances and countertopSkills & RequirementsAttendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatoryWork hours from Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm, includes 1 to 2 Saturdays a monthA.A. Degree, Bachelor's Degree ideal.2+ year's experience in Sales in related field in the home improvement industryProficient in MS office suitesExcellent time management, follow-up skills and able to work under pressureDetail-oriented and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPossess exceptional verbal and written communication skills both English and SpanishPossess strong initiative and ability to be self-directed in completing tasks and function with minimal supervision.Possesses strong problem-solving skillsPossesses excellent teamwork and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change, delays or unexpected events.Reliability and flexibility to visit different job sites and to travel.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceAttractive sales commission plan based on production and goals.Manufacturer's sales incentive program averaging 2% of sales.Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), AFLAC insurancePaid vacation days, sick/personal days and HolidaysWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
