PC Repair and Support Technician

This is a technical position involving the installation, troubleshooting and repair of computers, laptops and network equipment. You must have prior experience supporting computer users in a business environment. You must like solving complex technical problems and you must like helping people to be successful in this position. You must have good communication skills and be able to work alone or as the member of a team. You must be able to learn new concepts quickly. This position is NOT a remote work, or work from home position. You must live in or around Albuquerque, New Mexico. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: PC components, troubleshooting and replacement IP Addressing, configuring, troubleshooting Basic IP addressing knowledge Wireless equipment configuration and troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 Operating System installation Basics of connecting a PC to a Windows Workgroup Basics of connecting a PC to a Windows Server Each person selected for an interview will be asked to demonstrate their knowledge of the items listed above.
