It also introduces new tools, technology, and ways of working that expand opportunities for our team members and support their long-term career growth.As we build this future state, we are focused on creating a stronger, more resilient supply chain that allows us to continue investing in our team members, enhancing the service we provide, and supporting the communities we serve for decades to come.Position SummaryThis is a unique opportunity to build and lead a greenfield automated facility from the ground up, establishing processes, building a high-performing team, and driving operational excellence in a highly automated environment.The DC General Manager oversees all warehouse operations, including automation systems (AS/RS, conveyors, WMS), inventory, replenishment, and outbound fulfillment, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and performance.
