In this role, you'll work closely with leadership to support day-to-day operations, help develop team members, and maintain a positive, energetic workplace culture. You'll play a key role in keeping service running smoothly and setting the tone for a high-performing team. The right candidate leads by example and knows how to balance operational excellence with creating a genuinely great guest experience. REQUIREMENTS *Minimum 4 years of restaurant experience *Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience *Valid food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire *High school diploma or GED JOB DUTIES *Support daily operations across the restaurant, including front counter, kitchen, and prep areas. *Empower team members through clear communication, coaching, and hands on support *Help maintain efficient order flow and a smooth guest experience *Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on accountability and respect *Assist with inventory management, ordering, and keeping stock levels organized and accurate *Help uphold standards for cleanliness, food safety, and overall quality *Act as a reliable point of support for staff, helping troubleshoot issues and keep shifts running smoothly HOURS *Full-time with schedule ranging from 2:00pm to close; Flexible weekday schedule PAY *$20.00 - $22.00 per hour PRIORITY OF SERVICE The Jobs for Veterans Act affords priority of service to covered Veterans and eligible spouses over non-covered persons for the receipt of employment, training, and placement services.
