Position SummaryThe Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role at Edward Jones supports financial advisors and their clients by providing administrative assistance and client services. BOAs are pivotal to ensuring a positive client experience and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.Support and DevelopmentComprehensive 6-month training and ongoing mentorship from an experienced peer.A wide support network extending from the branch office to the region and corporate headquarters.Independent work with backing from a large team.ResponsibilitiesClient Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; resolve issues; develop strong relationships.Account Management: Learn and manage account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and maintain accurate records.Administrative & Operational Support: Schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan strategically.Technology: Use firm-provided technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other software.Skills & QualificationsAnalytical ThinkingAttention to DetailAdaptabilityConversational SkillsDigital Tool UtilizationTeam CollaborationOther required traits: ability to listen actively for opportunities, participate in annual business planning, and drive marketing activities such as event planning and execution.CompensationHiring Minimum: $26.10 per hour.
