This is an onsite position:Brooklyn, NY 11224Bronx, NY 10457Plainview, NY 11803Job description:Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial contact through onboardingHandle high-volume hiring (15+ hires per week)Source candidates via walk-ins, phone outreach, and interviewsConduct screenings and interviews to assess qualificationsCoordinate background checks and onboarding processesMaintain candidate records in Workday ATSPartner with hiring managers to meet hiring goalsEnsure accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience with high-volume recruiting (hourly workforce preferred)Proficiency in Workday ATS requiredStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience recruiting drivers or similar roles is a plus
