Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ **Advocate & Strategist:** You will bring patient care plans to life-implementing, monitoring, and evolving them to meet the unique needs of those in your care.+ **Vigilant Communicator:** Beyond just "recording" data, you will be the expert voice for your patients, monitoring conditions and communicating vital updates to the team in real-time.+ **Precision Execution:** With a keen eye for detail, you'll interpret and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring clinical accuracy at every turn.+ **Bridge to Home:** You'll lead the discharge planning process from day one, collaborating across the care team to ensure your patients have everything they need for a safe and confident transition home.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
