The ideal candidate will have expertise across a broad range of program support, program documentation, action tracking, and providing senior leader meeting and scheduling coordination.The Program Analyst is part of a dynamic, multifunctional team supporting USTRANSCOM J5/4 in executing the Global Bulk Fuel Management and Delivery (GBFMD) mission. This newly created mission and position includes the opportunity to coordinate actions across the USTRANSCOM Staff, Joint Staff, OSD, CMCDs and DLA.What You Will Do Draft, staff and finalize a broad range of staff action documents, including but not limited to white papers, background papers, and command level briefings. Support J5/4 in coordinating meetings, meeting minutes, action items, etc., working across the USTRANSCOM HQ Staff. Support the GBFMD knowledge management requirements for J5/4. Oversee and manage J5/4 assigned taskers. Maintain and update GBFMD SharePoint pages.
