Staff AccountantThe Staff Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the monthly close and ongoing accounting operations. This position offers strong growth potential and will be a key contributor within the accounting team, partnering closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.Primary Functions:Month end financial closePayroll entriesCoding invoices and coordinating with AP team for payment of vendor invoicesRevenue and AR entriesReconciliation of general ledger accounts including bank reconciliations.Fixed assets and lease accounting.Prepare grant billings and external reports for miscellaneous grants.Assist Director of Finance with other related duties.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with at least one year of experience.Experience & Qualifications:Healthcare and not-for-profit accounting experience is preferredMonth end close experienceMS Excel, Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP experience
