Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.Key responsibilities/skills include:Prepare and manage change ordersPrepare and manage procure to pay processAdministration of payment proceduresAdministration of back-charges and resolution of claimsInterface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate seller/subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligationsInterface with business services for invoice and document management resolutionOversee sub-contractorsTrack material costs and quantities entering project sitesCreate reports based on monthly material costs and inventoryOther duties as assignedWe offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including health insurance, vision, dental, life, and paid time off!
