Line Cook – The Lodge, Sports, Brews & BBQs Location: Downtown Fort Myers, Florida Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule: Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays About Us: The Lodge is an exciting BBQ-focused restaurant located in Downtown Fort Myers. We feature 21 big screens, a giant jumbotron, a projection wall, a craft beer self-serve wall, and moonshine craft cocktails. We’re known for our fun atmosphere, bold flavors, and a love for great service. Job Summary: We’re seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. Experience with BBQ is a plus. We’re hiring for multiple positions including grill, sauté, pantry, and prep. You’ll work in a high-energy kitchen where speed, quality, and teamwork matter. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook items according to Lodge recipes and standards Work on the grill, sauté, pantry, or prep stations as assigned Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep work and support fellow kitchen staff Communicate clearly and work as part of a team Qualifications: Experience in a kitchen environment preferred BBQ, grill, or smokehouse experience is a plus Team player with a positive and professional attitude Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be dependable and punctual Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
