If you want to build quickly, have a real say in what gets built, and work on products used by millions, you will likely do your best work here.What's the role?As Alliance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing property management strategies across the Bilt Alliance network. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring successful property onboarding, property and resident engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with property management teams. This position combines property management expertise with loyalty program knowledge to drive resident adoption and satisfaction.In this role you will...Lead the implementation and execution of new property onboarding processes, including managing kick-off calls, pre-launch preparations, and post-launch success monitoringDevelop and maintain comprehensive training programs for property management teams, focusing on Bilt platform utilization and resident engagement strategiesOversee the property onboarding tracker and ensure smooth integration processes for both large-scale launches and individual property additionsManage and optimize the training strategy for new property teams, including creation and delivery of training materialsManage day-to-day operations and relationship development for a portfolio of smaller alliance partnerships, serving as the primary point of contactSupport member services escalations and inquiries for enterprise accounts, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex resident issuesLead monthly Q&A sessions with property portfoliosMaintain regular communication with key stakeholdersAct as operational leader for site teams across Property Management Companies, including visiting regional conferences with partners and becoming a face within their teamsTravel regularly to attend industry events, conferences, and conduct in-person partner visits to strengthen relationships and support property teamsIn Terms Of Qualifications We're Seeking3-5 years of professional experience in property management, leasing, or multifamily marketing rolesStrong understanding of property management systems and leasing operationsTechnical onboarding experience and experience with CRM systems + property management softwareFamiliarity with Zendesk or similar customer service platformsExcellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple property onboarding processes simultaneouslySuperior communication and presentation skills, with experience in training and educational content developmentData-driven approach to problem-solving with strong analytical capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property management teamsAbility to travel 25-30% of the time for industry events, partner meetings, and on-site supportBonus PointsExperience with loyalty programs or rewards platformsBackground in multifamily marketing or resident retention programsKnowledge of property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, etc.)Previous experience in a training or education role within real estateUnderstanding of fintech or real estate technology productsExperience managing partnership accounts or client success rolesCustomer service or member support experienceBenefitsCompensation - We offer a competitive salary with a meaningful stake in the company via equity and our performance bonus programHealth insurance for you (& your loved ones) from day one - Enjoy a One Medical Membership, wellness stipends, family programs and more, on us. Leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process.Where a new hire falls within a range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Bilt rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.The salary range for an Alliance Operations Manager is $80,000-100,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
