It’s more than a workout—it’s a path to More Life.Every role at CamFit is a chance to change lives—whether you’re leading a class or helping someone find the perfect membership, you’re giving them the tools to live stronger, healthier lives.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitudeGuide prospects through studio tours and membership optionsDrive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail productsMaintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systemsHandle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreachSupport daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experienceCollaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environmentQualificationsPassion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goalsStrong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)Excellent communication skills—both written and verbalAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced settingComfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededA positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community
