This senior‐level role will focus on delivering bridge replacement and repair projects for DOT clients, with a strong emphasis on bridge design‐build delivery. This individual will lead multidisciplinary teams, serve as a trusted advisor to public agency partners, and play a pivotal role in advancing resilient, constructible, and innovative bridge solutions.What You'll Do:Manage all aspects of bridge replacement and repair project delivery for DOT clients, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks, financial measures, and design‐build delivery requirementsServe as a "seller/doer," developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areasLead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the teamPrepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documentsTrack and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards, DOT requirements, and design-build best practicesPlay a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are metWhat You Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredExperience with MassDOT, CTDOT, and/or RIDOT requiredStrong design-build experience requiredExpert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practicesAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferredProven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processesExperience preparing proposals and project documentation as well as interpreting client contractsAbility to travel as neededParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Lead impactful bridge and transportation structure projects that enhance safety, resilience, and long‐term community connectivityInfluence project strategy and client outcomes while mentoring and developing future engineering leadersEnjoy a flexible work environment that supports professional growth and leadership developmentCurious about the impactful work our Bridge team is doing?
