Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an attractive and organized store layout Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or suppliers over the phone Support retail operations through inventory management, basic math calculations, and ensuring stock levels meet customer demand Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities in team settings Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, stocking, and grocery store operations is advantageous Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal interactions, are crucial for success Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, inventory counts, and sales analysis Experience in customer service roles that involve upselling, product demos, or cashiering will support your success in this role Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our store’s success!
