PT Control-Link OperatorThe Musco Services Team has an opening for a PT Control-Link Operator at our Oskaloosa office. This position will focus on providing Control-Link customer support through the call center. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 5:00pm-11:00pm (30 hours)Essential CriteriaAt least one year of previous work experience in customer service is preferredComputer skills – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and email experience requiredHigh school diploma or completed GEDStrong technical aptitudeStrong telephone communications skillsAbility to work alone, independently with little or no supervisionAnalytical – proven problem solving skillsBasic knowledge of Scoreboard and Musco products and services a plusSelf motivated, dependable and detail orientedDedicated to providing excellent customer serviceGood team playerRoles And ResponsibilitiesProvide inbound customer support by phoneEnter new lighting schedulesTroubleshoot Control-Link customer problemsLog inbound calls for reporting and billing purposesProvide daytime support to Control-Link staffAssist with monitoring and tracking existing control unitsTrain and educate new customers in the use of Control-LinkProvide customer feedback to internal Control-Link team to assist in development of processes and proceduresWho Is MuscoMusco, a privately held company since 1976, is the global leader in sports and large-area lighting solutions, with projects in 135 countries.
