Global Vice President, Product Management & MarketingIndustrial Technology | Motion Control & AutomationLocation: US, Europe or SE Asia (Global scope)Xtrava Group has been retained by a global leader in motion control to identify a Global Vice President, Product Management & Marketing to lead product strategy across a global portfolio of c.$500M USD.Reporting directly to the President, this role sits at the centre of the organisation’s growth agenda, with responsibility for aligning product strategy, market insight, and marketing execution to drive sustainable revenue expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the global product strategy, including roadmap, portfolio management, and lifecycle planningIdentify market opportunities through customer insight, competitive analysis, and industry trendsPartner with global sales leadership to drive go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and commercial performanceWork closely with marketing to align positioning, campaigns, and market engagement with product and commercial prioritiesEstablish product analytics and market intelligence frameworks to support data-driven decision makingLead multiple critical functions across product and marketing, managing senior leaders and large, international teamsAct as a key member of the senior leadership team, influencing strategic direction and investment prioritiesWe are looking forThis will suit individuals who have:Senior leadership experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles within industrial or technology-led organisationsTrack record of developing and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth globallyExperience working across product, engineering, sales, and marketing in a complex, international environmentStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate product strategy into measurable business outcomesExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilityProduct experience around motion control, industrial automation and related tech preferredDegree in engineering, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)The OpportunityThis is a high-impact leadership role with accountability for shaping product direction and influencing market positioning on a global scale, leading multiple critical functions and senior leadership teams across the organisation.The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-level decisions, work closely with executive leadership, and play a central role in driving the next phase of growth.We look forward to your application.
