In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our construction projects, including:Project Lifecycle Management: Overseeing cost-effectiveness, job set-up, the construction phase, and the project close-out phase.Team Leadership: Managing the project team and acting as a customer sponsor as needed.Site Operations: Ensuring daily operations run smoothly and meet organizational standards.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesYou will be directly responsible for the project team. Your supervisory duties include:Training team members and planning, assigning, and directing their work.Appraising performance, rewarding or disciplining employees, and addressing complaints to resolve problems.Ensuring all supervisory actions align with company policies and applicable laws.
