We are now looking for a Partner Support Specialist to join our team to set us apart in Partner Support.About The RoleAs a Partner Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with BisectHosting’s partners. You will provide dedicated support to help them maximize their potential within our platform and ensure they have everything they need to succeed. This role is essential for ensuring partner satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and facilitating smooth communication between BisectHosting and our valued partners.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a point of contact for BisectHosting’s partners, providing timely and efficient support for their needs.Address and resolve partner inquiries, technical issues, or concerns related to server hosting, modding, and platform integration.Assist in onboarding new partners, helping them get set up with BisectHosting services, tools, and systems.Monitor partner activity and provide proactive recommendations to improve their server performance or customer engagement.Collect feedback from partners to help guide future product development, improvements, or services.Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and ensure smooth communication flow within the team.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and services to provide knowledgeable and relevant support.WHY WORK WITH US?Joining BisectHosting means becoming part of a forward-thinking company that’s at the cutting edge of gaming hosting solutions.
