You'll assist in managing the store's daily operations, support and lead the sales team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.Benefits Include:401(k)Health, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance ProgramEmployee DiscountsReferral ProgramKey Responsibilities:Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process, from application to contract closing.Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.Prospect new business through social media, customer referrals, dealer connections, and other creative strategies.Respond to and follow up with internet leads; schedule appointments to drive showroom traffic.Assist the Store Manager with inventory control, customer service, and daily operational tasks.Help grow and protect the business through customer relationship management and ethical business practices.Support Mid Florida Financing underwriting policies and guidelines.Coach and assist Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections.Serve as a key liaison with the Home Office on various business needs.Requirements:Valid Florida Driver's License (Required)Clean and good driving recordFull-time positionSales Management: 1 year (Required)Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location - Longwood, Florida (required)Reliability and strong attention to detailProfessional and positive attitudeCompensation Base Salary: $30,000/yearTotal Compensation: $60,000-$85,000/year (including commissions)Schedule: 8-hour shiftOKCARZ is a Drug-Free Company - background and drug screening required
