This position supports a new service line and offers a stable schedule with no inpatient responsibilities. Practice Details Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient Hematology/OncologyPatient Population: Adult & GeriatricCase Mix:50% Hematology50% Oncology0% Internal MedicineAverage Clinic Volume: 30 patients per dayInpatient Coverage: NoneCall/Rounding: NoneEMR: EPIC Clinical Responsibilities Management of VAD/CV cathetersBone marrow biopsiesParticipation on tumor boardManagement of bone marrow transplantsBlood bank oversightOrdering and interpreting labs and imagingPrescribing and treatment planningChemotherapy administration supported by physician and nurse oncologist team Credentialing Estimated Timeframe:60 days with active Indiana license90 days without Indiana license Travel & Expenses Travel, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursed (IRS standard rate) Submission Requirements Board Certification required (ABMS or AOA; competency in both required if applicable)Active Indiana medical license requiredBLS certification required This is an excellent opportunity for a Hematology/Oncology physician seeking a long-term outpatient locum role with predictable workflow, strong clinical support, and no inpatient or call obligations.For additional details or to submit interest, please reach out.
