Program Manager

Position Details:Role: Program Manager IILocation: Washington, DC (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)Duration: 6-month contract with potential for full-time conversionSchedule: 9/80 work schedule (one week 44 hours, next week 36 hours)Employment: W2 OnlyClearance: Eligible for Public Trust (can start before clearance is complete)Key Qualifications:10+ years of engineering/program management experience5+ years managing hardware and software product development programsExperience leading cross-functional engineering teams through the full product development lifecycle (requirements, design, V&V, release to production)Strong project planning, scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Project and PowerPointBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
