This role will focus on recruiting, onboarding, safety, compliance, and employee relations within a high-speed production environment.This is a highly visible, on-site role requiring strong presence on the manufacturing floor, partnership with operations leadership, and active engagement with temporary staffing agencies.Responsibilities:HR SupportServe as the primary HR point of contact for 2nd shift employees and leadersProvide hands-on HR support directly on the production floorPartner with Production Supervisors to address employee relations mattersSupport performance management conversations and corrective actionsReinforce company culture, policies, and expectationsRecruitingLead full-cycle recruiting for 2nd shift manufacturing rolesPartner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needsScreen, interview, and coordinate hiring for direct hiresMonitor temp-to-hire conversions and overall workforce qualityAgency ManagementServe as liaison between Botanic Tonics and staffing partnersEnsure agencies are meeting headcount, quality, and compliance standardsTrack attendance, performance, and turnover metrics for temporary associatesHold agencies accountable to service level agreementsOnboarding & TrainingEnsure all new hires and temporary associates complete compliant onboardingConduct manufacturing-specific orientation and safety trainingPartner with EHS and Operations to ensure employees are properly trained before working independentlyMonitor early tenure engagement and retentionSafety & Compliance FocusPartner closely with plant leadership to reinforce a strong safety cultureEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulationsSupport OSHA-related documentation and reporting as neededMaintain accurate personnel records and ensure HR compliance in a manufacturing environmentSupport audits and ensure policy adherence on the production floorEmployee Engagement & RetentionMonitor morale and engagement across 2nd shiftIdentify trends in turnover, attendance, and productivityDevelop and implement retention initiatives specific to manufacturing workforce needsQualifications3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or plant environmentsExperience supporting hourly production employeesStrong recruiting experience in high-volume environmentsExperience managing staffing agencies and contingent workforce programsWorking knowledge of employment law and compliance requirementsAbility to work a schedule aligned with 2nd shift operationsStrong communication skills with the ability to build trust with frontline employeesComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentBilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
