This role combines deep technical expertise with customer engagement and close collaboration with product, engineering, and revenue leadership.The ideal candidate is an engineer who enjoys working directly with customers , thrives in highly technical environments, and can translate engineering workflows into scalable adoption across organizations. This is a post-sales role where success is measured by customer outcomes, product adoption, and identifying opportunities to expand AllSpice across existing accounts.What You'll Do Lead technical onboarding for new customers, helping electrical engineering teams successfully deploy AllSpice into their hardware development workflowsGuide customers through importing ECAD projects and repositories and establishing Git based collaboration practices for hardware designTrain engineering teams on collaborative design reviews for schematics and PCB layouts using AllSpiceServe as the primary technical advisor for customers as they integrate AllSpice into their development processesIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by helping teams unlock deeper value from the platformWork closely with Account Executives to support expansion conversations and technical validation during growth opportunitiesAdvise customers on best practices for version control, design review workflows, and engineering collaborationSupport advanced use cases including automated design checks, hardware CI style workflows, and cross team collaborationTroubleshoot technical issues related to ECAD files, repository structure, and integrationsCapture customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for the product and engineering teamsCreate technical documentation, playbooks, and enablement resources that help customers scale their usage of AllSpiceAct as a trusted technical partner to engineering leaders, helping them modernize their hardware development workflowsWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldStrong technical communication skills and the ability to work directly with senior engineers and technical leadershipExperience working with ECAD tools such as Altium, KiCad, Cadence, OrCAD, or similarAbility to diagnose complex technical problems and guide teams toward effective solutionsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and salesFamiliarity with Git workflows, commands, and clients, with experience using GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar platforms.Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are still evolvingStrong ownership mindset with the ability to balance multiple customer engagements simultaneouslyExperience with Python scripting.Bonus Points Experience working in a customer facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Field Applications Engineer, or Customer Success EngineerBackground working with hardware startups, robotics companies, aerospace, defense, or IoT companiesExperience integrating engineering tools such as PLM systems, issue trackers, or CI/CD style workflowsBenefits Competitive salary and equityHealth, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTOFlexible work arrangements (hybrid or remote)Home + in-office stipendsOpportunity to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing company alongside a smart, supportive team#J-18808-Ljbffr
