Wealth Management Trust Officer

Position: Wealth Management Trust OfficerCompensation: $ 85,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experienceLocation: Tulsa, OklahomaInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Wealth Management Trust Officer to join their team!Join a dynamic team in a rewarding role where you will manage and build trust accounts, handle assets, and oversee legal documents. The role is open due to expansion and offers a chance to work closely with clients, manage fiduciary relationships, and contribute to community development through volunteer work.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Maintain and expand existing customer relationshipsEstablish and execute a strategic call plan with high potential clientsResolve account problems and ensure quality serviceProvide investment strategies and relationship management assistanceReview accounts for compliance with policies and regulationsInterpret legal documents and manage discretionary distributionsCoordinate activities with Tax Services and Investments departmentsProcess and approve outgoing wire transfer requestsComply with bank policy, laws, and regulationsRequired Qualifications & Experience: 7-8 years of experience in trust administrationCompletion of Personal Trust Curriculum Level 1, 2 & 3Excellent knowledge of fiduciary management techniquesStrong understanding of accounting principlesKnowledge of bank's products and servicesBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceCertified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Master's degree in a relevant fieldExperience in banking or financial services industryLegal background or law school degreeExperience with trust accounting systemsPerks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.Other Information:Culture focused on associate development and community involvementIf you are interested in learning more about the Wealth Management Trust Officer opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
