Java/ AWS Production Engineer – W2/1099 RoleRemote 6 month contract to hire Visa: Accepting only GC Holders or US Citizens….We are looking for a hands-on Cloud Engineer (Java/ AWS) to develop, deploy, and support cloud-based applications and services. This role requires strong Java development skills combined with hands-on AWS cloud engineering and Terraform experience, including ownership of applications from development through deployment and production support.Requirements:Strong hands-on Java development experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIsStrong hands-on AWS cloud engineering experienceExperience building, deploying, and supporting Java applications/services in AWSStrong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experienceExperience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, and CloudWatchExperience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines for application deploymentExperience with production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting, including participation in on-call support
