Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)STGi is seeking qualified candidates for this position in connection with an active Request for Proposals (RFP). Hiring for this role is contingent upon STGi's selection as the successful awardee.Position Summary:The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is responsible for the overall clinical, operational, regulatory, and financial performance of the Pharmacy. This leader ensures the safe and effective dispensing of medications, maintains full compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, drives business growth, and fosters a resident centered culture focused on exceptional care and community engagement. The PIC serves as the primary license holder of record and assumes accountability for all pharmacy operations, staff performances, and regulatory standards.Position ImpactThe Pharmacist in Charge is the single point of accountability for pharmacy performances.
