Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and write clear, parent friendly reports Provide individual OT sessions for ages 0 to 6 Develop treatment plans and update goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate openly with parents Collaborate with a small interdisciplinary team Requirements Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Active New Jersey OT license Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical experience Strong skills in sensory processing, motor development, and play based therapy Ability to conduct independent pediatric evaluations Reliable, organized, independent Availability for scheduled morning and afternoon hours on selected weekdays What We Offer Transparent $68 per hour (W2) Calm, supportive, family centered atmosphere Manageable caseload and thoughtful scheduling Growth opportunities as the clinic expands As our clinic continues to grow, we plan to expand our employee benefits.
