Job Description Purchasing Assistant / Procurement Clerk (Direct Hire) Location: On-site - Northwest Houston, TX 77070 Schedule: Monday-Friday Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year Bonus: ~10% annual bonus Position Overview LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing Assistant / Procurement Clerk to support procurement operations in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role provides dedicated, high-volume data entry support for procurement records during an active software/ERP transition, ensuring purchasing data is accurate, current, and reliable. This is not mindless data entry. The role requires accuracy, consistency, and critical thinking. Procurement data entered in this position is relied upon by senior leadership and executives for decision-making. The primary goal of this role is to free up the current procurement team to focus on execution and technical work by owning the transactional accuracy behind procurement records.
