Remote Inside Sales Specialist

Job Description Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven and highly organized Inside Sales Specialist to lead front-line customer engagement and support the continued growth of the ReVive® Hemoperfusion platform across the United States. This role is critical in identifying new opportunities, nurturing prospective customers, and supporting long-term account growth within the veterinary healthcare market.The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, and experienced in managing high-volume outreach while maintaining strong CRM discipline and communication. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has a passion for advancing innovative veterinary medical technologies. This individual should also have the willingness and ability to travel.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage outbound prospecting efforts targeting veterinary emergency hospitals, specialty hospitals, teaching institutions, and referral networksQualify inbound and outbound leads and advance opportunities through the sales pipelineCoordinate closely with Regional Account Managers to support territory growth initiatives and strategic account developmentConduct introductory sales calls, virtual product presentations, follow-up communications, and pipeline nurturing activitiesMaintain accurate and detailed customer activity within HubSpot CRMAssist in developing targeted campaigns for new customer acquisition and account expansionSchedule product demonstrations, evaluations, trainings, and customer meetingsSupport conference follow-up activities and post-event lead developmentIdentify customer needs and communicate appropriate solutions utilizing the ReVive® HP System, ToxiClear™, and CytoClear™ technologiesGenerate quotations, assist with capital equipment proposals, and support financing or trial program coordinationWork collaboratively with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful onboardingMaintain strong understanding of competitive technologies, market trends, and emerging opportunities within veterinary extracorporeal therapies and blood purificationParticipate in regular pipeline review meetings, forecasting discussions, and strategic planning initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent sales or veterinary industry experience considered2–5+ years of inside sales, medical sales, veterinary sales, or business development experience preferredExperience within veterinary emergency, specialty, critical care, medical device, or healthcare environments highly desirableStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teamsExperience utilizing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalentComfortable conducting virtual presentations and customer engagement activitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly growing organizationStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platformsWhy Join Us?Join a growing organization focused on advancing veterinary healthcare through innovation and customer partnership.
