Role Description This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer based in Redwood City, CA. The individual in this role will develop, execute, and oversee the organization's lending strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Responsibilities include managing credit risk, leading high-performing lending teams, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and policies. The role requires strong leadership in maintaining and expanding the organization's loan portfolio, driving innovation in services, and delivering exceptional value to clients. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial lending, loan portfolio management, and credit risk analysisStrong leadership, team development, and organizational management skillsExpertise in compliance, regulatory requirements, and financial analysis within the banking industryStrategic thinking and decision-making abilities for aligning lending practices with organizational goalsExcellent relationship management and interpersonal communication skills to build partnerships with clients and stakeholdersProficiency in financial software and reporting tools as well as knowledge of current market trendsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial services with a focus on lending at senior management levels
