Senior Clinical Research Coordinator – Neurology (Contract)About the RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator (SCRC) to support Neurology clinical trials. This role focuses on executing complex studies with a strong emphasis on protocol compliance, patient management, and data quality.You’ll play a key role in coordinating all aspects of clinical trials while working closely with investigators, sponsors, and research teams.Assignment DetailsSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMDuration: 15-week contractWork Setting: Fully on-sitePay Range: $32–$43/hourKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily coordination of Neurology clinical trials across multiple phasesManage patient screening, recruitment, consent, enrollment, and follow-up visitsEnsure compliance with study protocols, GCP, IRB, FDA, and HIPAA guidelinesMaintain study documentation, regulatory files, and electronic records (CTMS/e-reg)Perform data collection, entry, and review, ensuring completeness and accuracyCoordinate study visits, monitoring activities, and sponsor communicationsWork closely with investigators, CROs, and internal departments to execute studiesSupport early-phase and interventional trials, maintaining strict protocol adherenceAssist with audit readiness and regulatory inspectionsContribute to training and mentorship of junior staffRequirementsBachelor’s degree and 4+ years of clinical research experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, GCP, IRB, and FDA regulationsExperience using CTMS and clinical research data systemsAbility to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced environmentPreferred BackgroundExperience in Neurology clinical researchExposure to interventional or early-phase trialsBackground in pediatric or hospital-based research environmentsExperience in high-enrollment study settingsCore SkillsNeurology Clinical Research (Interventional & Multi-Phase Trials)GCP & Regulatory Compliance (IRB, FDA, HIPAA)Study Coordination & Protocol ExecutionPatient Recruitment & Study Visit ManagementClinical Data Management & CTMS Systems
