Insurance Customer Service Rep

Job Overview The Rep is responsible for contributing to agency profitability and growth by providing best-in-class customer service in supporting existing client retention and writing new business. The position is responsible for providing service to our customers, prospects, agents, and other agency staff. The Rep will be expected to assist in the growth and retention of the agent's book. This position entails both service and sales responsibilities, and will support Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life and Health products based on the business need and qualifications of the candidate. Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Property and Casualty insurance license will be required before start date. Licensing assistance is available. Responsibilities Client service and retention: The representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to support the retention of existing clients. New business sales: The role involves generating new business and contributing to the agency's growth and profitability. Customer and staff support: The representative provides service to customers, potential clients, agents, and other agency staff members. Assisting in book growth: The position includes supporting the growth and retention of the agent's book of business. Product knowledge and support: The representative will handle service and sales for various product lines, such as Personal, Commercial, Life, and Health, depending on the business needs.
