In this position, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding while creating a positive and engaging experience for every applicant.This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and energized by building relationships. You’ll also represent Vulcan in the community through job fairs, career events, and outreach efforts.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMWhat You’ll Do:Lead the recruiting process from job posting to hire, ensuring a smooth and efficient experienceManage and maintain our applicant tracking system with accurate, up-to-date informationSource, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for our teamCommunicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to create a positive experienceCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and support selection decisionsExtend offers and guide new hires through the onboarding processMaintain organized applicant records and documentationCoordinate background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirementsRepresent Vulcan at job fairs, career days, and community hiring eventsPartner with staffing agencies and track temporary workforce needsCreate social media content to highlight open positionsSupport additional HR initiatives and projects as neededWhat We’re Looking For:High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experienceManufacturing experience is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platformsA customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others If you’re ready to make an impact and help build a strong team, we’d love to hear from you!
