Apply via Dice today!Responsibilities:Project Management: Program schedule and tracking progress of each phase of MRO task.Customer Management: by coordinating with all stakeholders and providing overall project status by tracking KPIs against target. Using client approved tracking methods and tools, coordinate or manage vendors, logistics.Attend supplier coordination meetings with ClientWork Package Management, Risk Management & overall Requirements ManagementTracking of supplier schedule with respect to deliveries.Review of critical supplier deliverables.Identification of high-risk items and providing mitigation plans. Coordination with different programs/Functionaries.Tracking status and actions from IPT reviews.Requirements:5+ years of experience in a production environmentBachelor's DegreeStrong MS PowerPoint and Excel Skills (V-lookup, H-lookup, pivot tables, advanced formulas, charting, etc.)Detail oriented and a self-starter with strong written, including executive level presentations, and oral communication skillPreferred Qualifications:Program Management experience in a production environment; aviation industy preferredExperience with MRO and Product Lifecycle ManagementProject / Program Manager
