Job Description:Discussing and reviewing patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medicationsAsking patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnosesFormulating suitable treatment plans to address nonthreatening conditions, such as common colds, cases of flu, ear infections, urinary tract infections, allergies, and rashesPrescribing various diagnostic tests to aid in providing accurate diagnosesAnalyzing diagnostic test results and explaining them to patientsPrescribing suitable medications to patients and providing proper dosage and administration instructionsMaintaining accurate records of patient's contact details, medical history, prescribed medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progressAdvising patients on suitable diets and exercise regimens to improve their overall healthAssisting patients in managing chronic health conditionsBe passionate about delivering high quality care and patient experience Adhere to practice guidelines and work with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver advanced primary care For MD/DOs, willingness to review NP charts in limited practice states Qualifications:- Board certified in Family or Internal MedicineExperience:- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in primary care and experience with telehealth experience- EMR experience- Bilingual is a plusAvailability:- Weekdays 12-8 EST - Saturdays: 9-12 EST DirectShifts is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
