The position involves working closely with field operations and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role follows a local, weekly work schedule and may require field presence in demanding environments.ResponsibilitiesSupport the operation, maintenance, and optimization of natural gas processing and compression facilitiesAnalyze system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and throughputProvide engineering support for pipeline systems, including flow assurance, pressure management, and integrity considerationsTroubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions in collaboration with field teamsAssist in planning and executing projects related to facility upgrades, expansions, and maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with all applicable safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and project managementPrepare and review technical reports, documentation, and engineering calculationsParticipate in risk assessments and support continuous improvement of safety practicesMonitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessaryProvide technical guidance and support during commissioning, start-up, and ongoing operationsSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in natural gas facilities engineering or operationsStrong knowledge of gas processing systems, compression equipment, and pipeline operationsUnderstanding of industry safety standards and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with project management principles and executionStrong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teamsAbility to work effectively in field environments and under challenging conditionsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needsJob Details:Pay: $86.50/per hrSchedule: Monday-FridayLocation: Midland, TX
