Job Description DetailsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience: Applicant must be at least 18 years of age. Licenses and Certifications: Must obtain American Red Cross First Aid and be a Certified Pool Operator by May 23, 2025.Skills: Good decision making and organizational skills. Ability to deal effectively and cooperatively with people of all ages. Ability to carry out tasks assigned by supervisors. Ability to learn the state health and safety standards. Ability to maintain regular, predictable and punctual attendance.Additional Information: Selected applicant must pass background investigation, physical examination and drug screen. Aquatic Facility Operator Training will be offered. See website for details: https://www.normanok.gov/residents-visitors/parks-recreation/westwood-family-aquatic-centerDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Essential Functions: Assist in operation and maintenance of pool filtration system and other maintenance duties assigned by supervisor, such as cleaning the dressing facilities, restrooms, office areas, pool deck areas, con-cession area, as well as maintenance of grounds.
