Job Summary And ResponsibilitiesThe IT Business Analyst serves as the technical bridge between raw system telemetry and strategic operational intelligence.Brings domain expertise of the business (marketing, clinic operations, back office operations, clinical, administrative, etc) relevant to expertise needed for the roleBuilds the holistic end-to-end business case for concepts, understanding and communicating the value levers and product costUpdates the business case based on feedback from the teamCommunicates with the team on how the product is evolving based on feedback from customers using product features and technical capabilities built by engineers Helps navigate the business to unlock valuePartners with the Product Owner to understand, analyze, document and communicate program requirementsArticulates product value throughout the organization, tracks appropriate KPIs as a foundationRemote eligible.RequiredJob RequirementsThree (3)+ years of experience leading teams and business solutions analysis projects or productsThree (3)+ years of experience working in healthcare/medical environmentTwo (2)+ years of experience providing business analysis for software engineering teamsExpert in SDLC, solid understanding of at least one methodology (Waterfall, Agile, etc)Experience in agile software delivery methods1-3 years working directly with SQL queries on enterprise-scale datasets1-3 years building dashboards from backend datasets in Google LookerPreferredBachelors degree in programming, computer science, MIS or equivalent professional experienceSolid understanding of multiple agile methodologiesWhere You'll WorkInspired by faith.
