Job Title- Data Migration Lead/ArchitectWork Location: Remote juno beach, Florida Eligbility: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2S onlyThe resources above needs knowledge of at least one of the following: Oracle Service or Oracle Field Service at a minimum. The lead has to be a doer as well. There is master data migration that impacts more than one module as well as specific B2B transactions.Manage/Direct Team on daily activitiesUnderstand, create, and implement Data Migration StrategyUnderstands mechanism for checks/balance on record counts/errors for data validationWork with PMO to provide status and mitigation plan to get to greenIdentify blockers for the teamWork to resolve blockers for the teamWork with technical/business teams to identify the fields needed for conversation and obtain technical/business sign-off on data mappingsWork with business on questions related to User Story functionality, data mapping, and obtain approval for data mappingsAbility to create/update Dashboards in JiraProvide support to SIT/QA/UAT for questions on the Data Migration*Understand tool Alteryx or similar tool to test data migrations.Ability to execute the detailed Data Migration tasks
