This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and creating long-term value for the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong market awareness, relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop growth strategies within highly technical and competitive industries.Our Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, operations, and executive leadership to expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive new revenue opportunities across targeted industries.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to support market expansion and long-term growth initiatives, including the development of business cases and go-to-market strategies for new products, partnerships, and target markets.Strategic Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaborations, including evaluating partnership models and facilitating joint development opportunities.Market Analysis & Strategy Support: Conduct market and competitor research and analysis to support business strategies and long-term growth planning, while identifying key industry trends, emerging technologies, and new market opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, R&D, and Operations to drive opportunities, coordinate internal resources to support business development activities, and support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related disciplines. Master’s is a plus.8+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Product Strategy, or related functions.5+ years of experience in power electronics, servers, networking, storage or other data center technology industries.Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the company.Capable of self-motivation to work as an individual and motivate others to help a cross functional team thrive.Possess a well-established network of clients, partners and industry colleagues within data center, networking, power electronics, semiconductors and other related technology industries.Acbel Polytech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
