Administrative AssistantLocation: Vancouver, WA (Onsite) Duration: 3-4 month contract Pay: $20-$25 per hour DOE Hours: M-F 8am-5pmPosition OverviewLHH Recruitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This is a fully onsite contract role where you will serve as the front desk presence and play a key role in maintaining an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly and professional front desk experienceAnswer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiriesCoordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and general service requestsMaintain common areas, ensuring the office remains clean, organized, and fully stockedOrder, track, and distribute office supplies and materialsSupport new hire onboarding by preparing workspaces and ensuring equipment is ready for day oneAssist with meeting coordination, including room setup and logisticsProvide support for office events and team functionsPerform general administrative duties and assist teams as neededQualifications 1+ year of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferredStrong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanorExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Reliable and punctual with a proactive, team-oriented mindsetPay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Ashley ArmstrongBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
