This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and advancing new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts, ultimately converting prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team.The ideal candidate is an early-career sales professional with experience in B2B phone-based sales who enjoys engaging decision-makers, uncovering business needs, and communicating the value of innovative service-based solutions. Training on our energy efficiency offerings will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Business DevelopmentConduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to introduce energy efficiency solutions and generate interest among potential customers.Identify key decision-makers and qualify opportunities based on business needs and fit.Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual outbound activity goals.Inbound Lead QualificationRespond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers.Provide information regarding products and services, answer questions, and qualify leads.Schedule follow-up meetings and sales appointments as appropriate.Lead Research & List ManagementEvaluate prospect lists and perform research to identify and verify customer information.Maintain accurate prospect records and update lead data as needed.Assist in developing and refining target prospect
