This position performs routine scouting, treatment applications, sanitation tasks, documentation, and other IPM-related duties in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.When IPM duties are complete, this role supports general cultivation operations, including plant maintenance, room turnovers, harvest workflows, and other related duties as assigned by the Cultivation Supervisor or management.
