Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Phoenix, AZ. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, expediting materials, managing logistics, inspecting work, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Qualifications 6 years Project Management experience Experience with logistics management, expediting, and inspection Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field is Required Experience in the Drywall construction industry is required Knowledge of relevant software programs such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Procore Job Type: Full-time Pay: $88,805.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience level: 6 years Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Construction Project Management: 6 years (Required) logistics management: 3 years (Required) Drywall construction: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
