Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms to optimize Radicl's operations and services. Day-to-day tasks will include researching AI methodologies, creating predictive analytics models, fine-tuning deep learning algorithms, and contributing to innovative data-driven solutions. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and support decision-making with strategic insights. Qualifications Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages commonly used for AI and machine learningExperience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learnProficient in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniquesKnowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization toolsExperience in developing and deploying predictive analytics or AI-driven solutions in production environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teamsMaster's or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferredExperience in the home services or renewable energy industry is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills
